1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

You may be required to submit a government-issued ID such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, or PhilSys National ID for age and identity verification purposes. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and any remaining balance returned to the player, minus bonuses, in accordance with applicable law.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To access bwin29 gaming services, you must create a personal account. Registration requires providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid mobile number, and an email address. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to keep it accurate at all times.

3.2 One Account Policy

The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether through different email addresses, mobile numbers, or other means, is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses. bwin29 uses advanced detection systems to identify duplicate accounts.

3.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bwin29 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify bwin29 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. bwin29 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

3.5 Account Accuracy

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration is a material breach of these Terms. bwin29 may void all bets, cancel bonuses, and close accounts where registration information is found to be inaccurate. Any winnings derived from an account registered with false information may be forfeited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bwin29 accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI online banking, BDO online banking, Metrobank Direct, Visa, Mastercard, and selected cryptocurrency networks. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, processing times, and applicable fees are displayed on the Payments page of the Platform and may be updated from time to time.

4.2 Currency

All transactions on bwin29 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). bwin29 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Currency conversion is the sole responsibility of the payment provider and bwin29 assumes no liability for exchange rate fluctuations.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash or PayMaya are typically credited to your bwin29 account within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day depending on your bank's processing schedule. bwin29 does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply transaction fees.

4.4 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful completion of KYC verification and compliance with all applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds. Withdrawals to GCash typically process within fifteen (15) minutes to two (2) hours. 4.5 Minimum and Maximum Limits

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

6.2 Bet Acceptance

bwin29 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after an event has concluded, bets placed in error, or bets that would create undue liability. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit on-screen confirmation from the Platform.

6.3 Error Correction

Where a game or bet is settled incorrectly due to a system error, human error, or data feed error, bwin29 reserves the right to void and/or re-settle the affected bets at the correct result. bwin29 is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures, interruptions, or errors beyond our reasonable control.

6.4 Pari-Mutuel and Fixed Odds

Some bwin29 games and betting markets use pari-mutuel (pool-based) pricing while others use fixed odds. The applicable pricing model is displayed for each market. Fixed odds quoted at the time of bet placement are locked in at those odds unless the bet is voided for a valid reason stated in these Terms.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bwin29. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false identity information or creating accounts on behalf of another person without authorization;

• Collusion, match-fixing, or any form of fraudulent manipulation of game outcomes;

8 Intellectual Property

All content on bwin29, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, trade names, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, data, databases, and audiovisual materials, is the proprietary property of bwin29 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the bwin29 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any bwin29 content without our express prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of bwin29 intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bwin29 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption.

bwin29's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to bwin29 in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. bwin29 does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the Platform at your own risk.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

bwin29 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using bwin29, you consent to our collection, storage, processing, and transfer of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bwin29 complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. You have the right to access, correct, object to, erase, and port your personal data in accordance with the rights afforded under Philippine data protection law.

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Suspension & Termination

12.1 Termination by bwin29

bwin29 may suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms; if bwin29 reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; if required to do so by PAGCOR, a court order, or applicable law; or if bwin29 ceases operations.

12.2 Effect of Termination

Upon account termination for cause, bwin29 reserves the right to void all pending bets, cancel all bonuses, and retain balances representing fraud proceeds or terms violations. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to fault (such as self-exclusion or PAGCOR directive), bwin29 will return the remaining real-money balance after deducting any outstanding bonus wagering obligations.

12.3 Termination by Player

You may close your bwin29 account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Pending bets will be settled and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

13 Amendments to These Terms

bwin29 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least fourteen (14) days before taking effect, except where changes are required urgently by law, regulation, or PAGCOR directive, in which case they may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of bwin29 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.

The current version of these Terms, marked with the effective date at the top, supersedes all previous versions. We recommend saving or printing a copy for your records whenever material changes are announced.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms and all matters relating to your use of bwin29 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

14.2 PAGCOR Jurisdiction

bwin29 operates under a license granted by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players with regulatory complaints may file those complaints directly with PAGCOR in accordance with its published complaints resolution procedures.

14.3 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and bwin29, you agree to first contact bwin29 customer support to attempt an informal resolution. If a satisfactory resolution is not reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI), with proceedings conducted in the English language in Metro Manila. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

14.4 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as part of any class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to bring or participate in a class action against bwin29.
